P3 Logistic Parks appoints Sascha Treptau as Head of Construction
The long-term owner and developer of logistics real estate P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its German location: Sascha Treptau is joining the Frankfurt P3 team as Head of Construction with immediate effect. He comes from real estate developer TSL Projects.
With immediate effect, Mr. Treptau will be responsible for the management and review of P3's construction projects in Germany, reporting to Managing Director Sönke Kewitz. His main focus will be on new construction activities at P3's logistics locations. Treptau was most recently Technical Director at TSL Projects. Prior to that, he worked for over 20 years in various management positions in the construction and real estate sector, including for Gazeley, Lidl UK, Urban Splash and the Wates Group.

In addition, Nicholas Haas will support the P3 team as Senior Project Manager from April. He previously worked for Arcadis Germany. Jan Schwarting has also moved from Anglo Eastern to P3 and has been working there as a Reporting Specialist since the beginning of March. Both will strengthen the P3 team at the Frankfurt office.
