Prologis is developing a sustainable logistics property with 19,391 square meters of logistics and office space on an old industrial site in the district of Lichtenberg in north-east Berlin. Prologis has already concluded a long-term ten-year lease agreement with a company from the wholesale sector for two units with a total of 13,674 square meters.
