At transport logistic, Köster intends to focus on economical planning and construction solutions for logistics real estate, closely aligned to the individual business model of the customer.
Secure planning and budgeting
Trade visitors to the stand will be able to find out more about the collaborative development process, from the customer's idea to a cost-effective logistics property. "It's all about the greatest possible planning and budget security through personal support throughout the entire, often innovative construction process," summarizes Ulrich Wippermann, Managing Director of Köster GmbH's Logistics Real Estate Competence Center.
7-step model for individual needs
At the leading logistics trade fair, the focus will be on presenting project support with personal advice and all the necessary services from a single source. "In order to implement our customers' vision within the planned time and budget, we use a 7-step model that can be flexibly adapted to the individual situation and needs as required," says Wippermann. The individual support grid creates more usable or even more space for racking and conveyor technology.
