In the mail order business, different cartons need to be labeled quickly and reliably. The high-performance Legi-Air 6000 labeler from Bluhm Systeme labels cartons of different heights with above-average speed and precision.
It achieves up to 2,400 cycles per hour with a DIN A6 label format and a product height difference of 500 millimetres. With the servomotor-driven dispensing applicator made of carbon fiber, the system labels up to 50 percent faster and more accurately than with a pneumatically operated cylinder. The Legi-Air 6000 processes large rolls with a diameter of up to 350 millimetres. This means 600 meters of label supply until the next roll change. mm
