Extremely robust 1D and 2D code reader

Handheld ID readers often have to be used in harsh production environments. They are exposed to moisture, oil, dust, hard handling and even repeated "drop tests". The ID Hammer handheld ID reader from di-soric Solutions GmbH consists of a particularly robust and lightweight aluminum housing.

This means it can withstand loads of up to 60 tons without any problems. State-of-the-art technologies in hardware and software are integrated into the shock-resistant device for very fast and reliable reading of 1D and 2D codes of all types with the highest reading rates. Even after frequent drops, the ID reader works with the same high level of functional reliability, thanks to the robust trigger button and the standard M12 connector.

Drop test from a height of two meters

The robustness of the ID hammer was impressively demonstrated at the SPS/IPC Drives trade fair in November 2015. Every day, it was dropped onto the floor around 20 times from a height of around two meters without any damage or malfunctions occurring.
