Hubtex launches new 2in1 stacker

The FluX 45 is particularly suitable for palletized loads and long loads that need to be moved sideways. This is because transporting long loads can be problematic for conventional front loaders. They require wide aisles and there is an increased risk of accidents, as the contact surface of the long goods on the forklift is often too small or the long goods have to be lifted over obstacles. Hubtex would like to offer an alternative solution here. "Users are then faced with the decision to invest in a specialized sideloader. However, in view of the short operating times, this makes little economic sense. With the FluX 45, users get a device that can be used flexibly as a front and sideloader and eliminates the need to invest in two vehicles. At the same time, the robustness and durability of our vehicles ensure a low total cost of ownership," explains Michael Röbig, authorized signatory and Head of Product Management at Hubtex.

Vehicle length reduced

Like all models in the FluX series, the new FluX 45 is designed to impress with its compact dimensions and high load capacity. Compared to its predecessor, the vehicle length has been reduced by 14 percent. Another special feature is the mast tilt mast. This allows the FluX 45 to be used as a front loader for loading and unloading trucks, for example, or alternatively as a sideloader for transporting long loads through narrow hall doors. At the same time, it ensures safety on uneven floors, which is a particular advantage in outdoor applications. Hubtex also attached great importance to higher ground clearance and larger tires during development in order to optimally equip the new FluX 45 for outdoor use.

Endless steering and smooth direction changes

The FluX 45 is particularly maneuverable, efficient and work-friendly thanks to its low-noise and environmentally friendly electric drive in combination with 360°HX steering. It enables a smooth change of direction from longitudinal to transverse travel without stopping. According to the supplier, the cab of the new FluX 45 is characterized by its ergonomics. Hubtex also attached great importance to all-round visibility during development. A central seating position, a spacious, low entrance, more compact masts and an application-optimized fork carriage with side shift ensure optimum visibility. The cab is available either as a closed external or open internal cab.
