Heike Wulff has been appointed to the Jungheinrich Board of Management as Designated CFO with effect from May 1, 2024. On the Board of Management, Wulff will be responsible for controlling, accounting, taxes and the responsibilities of the finance department in Jungheinrich's internal digital transformation program DEEP.

Chief Financial Officer Dr. Volker Hues will continue his work on the Jungheinrich Board of Management. In future, he will focus on investor relations, M&A, financing, IT and purchasing. Dr. Hues will hand over full responsibility for the Finance department to Wulff until the end of his Board of Management mandate, which was extended last year.

Jungheinrich Chief Technology Officer Sabine Neuß has agreed with the Supervisory Board to leave the company by mutual consent due to differing strategic views. Neuß will end her work on the Jungheinrich Board of Management by June 30, 2024 in order to pursue new opportunities outside the company in the future. "On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to sincerely thank Sabine Neuß for her outstanding commitment and successful work for our company," says Rolf Najork. "During her time at Jungheinrich, Ms. Neuß has made a great contribution to the realignment of the Technology division and has had a comprehensive and positive impact on the division. We wish her all the best and every success for her personal and professional future."

Maik Manthey will become the new Chief Technology Officer on July 1, 2024. He has many years of experience as a manager in international corporations, where he was responsible for core technical and business areas. He also has extensive expertise in the field of innovation and R&D management.

Jungheinrich Chief Sales Officer Christian Erlach has informed the Supervisory Board that he will not seek to extend his term of office beyond December 31, 2024 due to his age. In accordance with the corresponding agreement with the Supervisory Board and depending on his successor, he will leave the Board of Management by this date at the latest. "Christian Erlach has been working for Jungheinrich since 2007 and has shaped the company in various management functions during this time. Since 2018, he has been very successfully responsible for sales on the Jungheinrich Board of Management. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his outstanding work for our Group," explains Rolf Najork.
