Hyster A Series as new flagship forklift trucks on the market
Hyster introduces the new Hyster A series to the market. The H2.0-3.5A models are immediately available with combustion engines. Each truck is assembled for the customer according to the "A+ Logic" concept. A set of fully integrable functions can be scaled and customized.
"Hyster has reorganized its manufacturing process for the A Series. This enables us to provide robust, high-quality trucks that meet customer expectations and are also tailored to the specific needs of the intended application and operator," says Robert O'Donoghue, VP Marketing and Solutions EMEA at Hyster. "That's why we describe the range with the phrase Distinctly Hyster, built for you." With A+ Logic at their core, A Series trucks can be configured to meet the individual requirements of each customer. They offer outstanding performance for the respective application as well as a low total cost of ownership.
"We designed the trucks this way because no two customers face the same challenges," says O'Donoghue. "With the Hyster A Series, there are no pre-built trucks in different options. We build each truck to suit the work cycle, environment and tasks."
The H2.0-3.5A models with internal combustion engines and load capacities from 2 to 3.5 tons are the first trucks Hyster is launching in this series. The base models offer industry-leading fuel economy, excellent visibility, simplified maintenance and robust components that prevent unplanned downtime.
"Operator confidence and comfort are hugely important as they help to increase productivity," explains Robert O'Donoghue." That's why the new A Series trucks are designed to support operator ergonomics and performance." The spacious cab of the H2.0-3.5A trucks has been specially designed to improve upward, forward and rearward visibility. Other features such as driver assistance systems and an innovative dynamic stability system (DSS) are available as options. All A-Series trucks are compatible with Hyster Tracker, a telematics for wireless asset management solution. It provides companies with the data they need to optimize their fleets, control costs, reduce downtime and further streamline maintenance.
The new models replace the Hyster Fortens and XT forklifts with the same load capacity. Further trucks with combustion engines and different load capacities are to follow shortly. H2.0-3.5A trucks are now available to order from local dealers.
