In addition to modern workplaces, the company also offers attractive wages and numerous benefits. These include pension subsidies as well as subsidized memberships in health, fitness and sports facilities, and regular health days and advice sessions are also organized. Employees can also work part-time or "mobile", and reduced hours and time off are also possible. 98 applicants, 16,740 respondents
A total of 16,740 employees from the 98 applicants were surveyed to determine the winner. Former Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel thanked all the entrepreneurs in his speech at the award ceremony: "Ownership is an obligation. Its use should also be for the common good. It is above all the medium-sized companies in Germany that fulfill this constitutional mandate with their willingness to train young people".
