Dealer network expanded
UniCarriers relies on dealer Berndsen
UniCarriers is strengthening its sales network in Germany: the industrial truck manufacturer and D. Berndsen GmbH, based in Emmerich am Rhein, have strengthened their long-standing cooperation with a dealer agreement.
UniCarriers thus relies on intensive support in sales, rental and service for the versatile forklift portfolio. Berndsen has already completed two new orders for UniCarriers from existing customers. D. Berndsen GmbH has been selling UniCarriers industrial trucks since 2006, back then under the name of its predecessor brand Atlet. The two companies have now sealed their long-standing partnership with a dealer agreement.
What dealer Berndsen particularly appreciates about the collaboration is the high level of reliability, honest contact and communication on an equal footing: "Contrary to the trend, UniCarriers shows genuine interest in a dealer network and promotes and optimizes it. This is the kind of partner we wanted," says Managing Director Björn Berndsen, adding: "Together, we can remain competitive in a market with large, direct sales-oriented manufacturers." Berndsen primarily looks after existing customers for UniCarriers - from sales and the provision of replacement or rental equipment to repair and service work.
Convent and Q-railing opt for UniCarriers
Berndsen has already completed two orders from existing customers in Emmerich with a newly concluded dealer agreement: The haulage company Convent has ordered four heavy-duty reach trucks and eight 4-wheel electric counterbalance trucks for work on high-bay racking as well as for internal transportation and loading and unloading trucks. To increase the efficiency of the fleet, Convent now also relies on the VOM fleet management system. Berndsen is currently delivering a reach truck and a four-way reach truck to railing specialist Q-railing.
