Two become Linde Material Handling Rhein-Ruhr

To strengthen the Linde Material Handling sales network in Germany, Klaus Pahlke Fördertechnik from Haan and Schrader Industriefahrzeuge from Essen have merged into one company with effect from November 1. It will operate under the name "Linde Material Handling Rhein-Ruhr". Matthias Vorbeck, who has managed both companies since 2011, will remain Managing Director.

"Both companies have already worked very closely together in recent years. By merging to form a legally independent subsidiary under the umbrella of Linde Material Handling, we are combining the strengths of both partners and can position ourselves even better with our customers as a provider of intralogistics solutions," says Managing Director Matthias Vorbeck. This applies in particular to automation as one of the biggest growth drivers in the logistics sector.

The new company Linde Material Handling Rhein-Ruhr takes over the profile of Pahlke and Schrader on the market and the more than 50 years of experience as a Linde network partner. The Linde contract partner responsible for large parts of North Rhine-Westphalia is headquartered in Essen, with further locations in Haan and Dortmund-Holzwickede. The merger creates one of the largest Linde Material Handling sales partners in Germany.
