Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe Oy: Automated reach truck Rocla AGV ART
The ARTsmf automated reach truck can work efficiently and safely in aisles with a width of 2.85 meters. The truck is nominated in category 3: Industrial trucks and components.
Although aisles with this width are common, automated reach trucks could not previously be used in such tight spaces due to various restrictions. ARTsmf is now able to perform high (up to 10 meters) and heavy (up to 1,600 kg) lifts in these aisle dimensions. The design of the Rocla ART is not derived from a manual stacker, but has been developed with the needs of AGVs in mind and also has a simple user interface.
The automated reach truck can also be used in work areas with manual activities, which enables a mixed fleet approach. It meets the requirements of the ISO 3691-4 safety standard. FleetController, the provider's in-house software, can be seamlessly integrated into the customer's WMS. Thanks to the dashboard, operators can monitor and manage the entire fleet (manually and automatically) from a single point.
