Nicola Magrone is the new CSO of Wiferion
Nicola Magrone is the new Chief Sales Officer at Wiferion. His task is the strategic further development of the business areas relating to wireless charging technology, combined with the expansion of sales activities.
Nicola Magrone is now responsible for the sales activities of Wiferion, a system provider of charging and energy storage technology for industrial electric vehicles. "My goal is to establish Wiferion's disruptive technology and drive the transformation of energy systems as a pioneer in the field of contactless charging solutions," says the new CSO. "With our patented wireless battery charging system, automation processes can be implemented easily and efficiently - this is how we are driving the use of electromobility in intralogistics."
The Head of Sales relies on a competent and agile team of employees with whom he wants to convince potential customers of the charging technology. He is aiming for long-term and sustainable customer relationships. The 44-year-old worked for several years as Sales Manager at Sick Vertriebs-GmbH and later as Senior Market Manager at Sick AG. Most recently, he was Managing Director of E&K Automation in Italy - one of the manufacturers and system integrators of high-tech transport robotics for intralogistics.
"I am delighted that we have been able to recruit a top-class sales specialist in Nicola Magrone," says Johannes Mayer, Managing Director at Wiferion. "With his many years of experience and proven expertise, he is the perfect person for us to drive forward our global expansion."
"The rapidly growing market for robot-based intralogistics will in future require solutions that can be implemented quickly, offer clear added value and are easily scalable internationally," says Nicola Magrone. "We can meet these requirements perfectly with our scalable energy systems."
