New customer service app from Crown presented

Crown has improved its customer service with the launch of a new mobile app.

With the new app, customers can use their iOS or Android-compatible smartphone or tablet to request Crown service, discuss forklift rental issues or contact their nearest dealer. The app provides access to Crown's German service and support network. Via the menu item "My service requests", customers can track their requests from start to finish and thus have an overview of all service processes.

When submitting a service request, app users are automatically connected to a service advisor. Support requests can be made in the app via the "Contact" menu item. An employee checks the request and contacts the customer directly. Anyone wishing to make a rental request can reach a Crown expert by clicking on "Rent now", with whom they can discuss their individual requirements.
