In order to be able to concentrate even better on strategic business development in the future, Rolf Eiten, President & CEO of Clark Europe, has handed over the management of the operational business to Andreas Krause. As the new COO (Chief Operating Officer), he will be responsible for spare parts management, order processing, technical support, IT, the European development center and logistics at the European headquarters. Krause has been with Clark Europe since 2008 and most recently held the position of Technical Director.

Andreas Krause is passing the baton to Klaus Krentscher, who previously worked as a manager in the R&D department, where he was involved in the development of the new Clark S-Series. The Marketing division will in future be the responsibility of Stefan Budweit, who as Director Sales & Marketing will be responsible for all sales activities.

The position of Director Logistics was created as part of the planning for assembly production. Karl Hielscher, previously responsible for warranty and service at Clark, will take on this area of responsibility. In addition to internal logistics, including parts supply for the future production line, Hielscher's future tasks will include the workshop, the spare parts warehouse and customer service for direct sales, which Clark established for the Duisburg region last year. Hielscher has taken over the spare parts warehouse from Markus Jöckel; the former Director Parts & Distribution is now responsible for sales and order processing of spare parts as well as purchasing. In the role of Director Parts Sales & Truck Admin, Jöckel is also responsible for the Clark Industrial Trucks order processing department.

"With the new strategic set-up of our management team, we want to position ourselves optimally for future challenges in the market so that we can meet the requirements of our customers even better," explains Rolf Eiten, who will continue to report directly to the Sales and Finance departments.
