When handling paper rolls, the paper roll clamp type PRK enables paper rolls to be held securely in an upright or horizontal position. The clamp has an endless 360 degree rotation range. The turning device is based on the durable Durwen turning device with worm gear worm shaft drive, in which several windings are constantly engaged. The device is equipped with a high-performance motor with integrated safety valve, which enables users in the paper industry to achieve optimum operational readiness even in extreme situations.

Types for all applications
The manufacturer has various versions of the clamp available for all common applications - with fixed, movable and split arms, depending on the number of rollers and roller type. The PRK-S model has a movable, long arm and a fixed, short arm. The long arm is not split to accommodate single castors. In the PRK-B model with one movable long arm and one movable short arm, the short arm can be adjusted by means of sequence control or 45-degree control. The PRK-TS type has a split long arm for holding one or two castors, the short arm is fixed. Finally, the PTK-TB model has a movable long arm and a movable short arm. The long arm is split to accommodate one or two castors. The movable short arm can also be adjusted here.

Coatings for different applications
Coatings for the contact plates are tailored to each application and adapted to the user's requirements. The paper roll clamp type PRK can be used for all standard stacker sizes ISO II to ISO IV. Customers have a choice of optional accessories: multi-stage pressure relief valve, integrated guard plate, various control options for the short movable arm, continuous contact plates and various contact plate surfaces are further options.
