AMI Förder- und Lagertechnik presents solutions for warehouse and production logistics. Because only with technically advanced conveyor systems and intelligent material flow automation can the change towards smart factories be mapped. On the basis of an extended exhibition system,
which visualizes the interaction of modern components and systems, AMI demonstrates the required modularity and flexibility. In addition, a Scara robot, a pallet testing station and a modular chain system await visitors to the stand. AMI will also be providing advice on linear order picking technology using the TPC standard and on new products in the field of automated order picking systems (in the medium and slow-moving range), which are suitable for pharmaceutical wholesalers, for example. In addition to the trade fair system, AMI will also be exhibiting other individual exhibits such as a pallet inspection station. The practical all-in-one solution provides relief in the smallest of spaces and creates efficiency and accuracy in the inspection process. As an example of the changes in the automation sector, a Scara robot will also be in operation at the trade fair stand. The high-speed pick-and-place robot picks up objects, sorts them and feeds them to a laser marking unit on request. The trade fair presentation is rounded off by a modular chain system. This intralogistics solution transports large unit loads with a high unit weight and is used for horizontal, vertical and inclined operation. The system creates longer, wider and flexible conveyor sections with just one drive.
