Purchase officially completedBeumer takes over FAM from Magdeburg
The Magdeburg-based FAM Group, a provider of conveyor systems and loading technology, is now wholly owned by the Beckum-based Beumer Group. The purchase agreement signed at the beginning of May was legally completed on June 9, 2022.
