Hot connection

End spliced timing belts are the first choice for high transport loads. Habasit offers the portable PML-100 end splice heat press for your on-site assembly. It enables the hot splicing of fabric belts and timing belts. Belts and tapes can be joined directly in the system during a new installation or repair. The machine consists of two plate presses, a welding plate and a control unit and was developed for mobile use. It is designed to join fabric belts or timing belts under heat and pressure.
