Binder conveyor technology: conveying goods around the corner without dynamic pressure
The new range of zero pressure accumulation conveyors up to 1,500 kg launched by Binder Fördertechnik in 2016 has been expanded to include a corner transfer unit. Especially in "sensitive" areas with special requirements for cleanliness, e.g. in the pharmaceutical and food industries, the design, which can do without external drive elements, has proven its worth. The new zero pressure accumulation conveyor can also be used more reliably in order picking and dispatch areas, which are often equipped with gravity roller conveyors, and is particularly suitable for sensitive goods. The logistics functions of the controller with its intelligent control technology without sensors relieve the PLC of the conveyor system: zero-pressure accumulation, individual removal and bulk removal (for example, several pallets at once) are possible.
