More efficiency in internal transportation
Blickle will be showcasing a wide range of wheels and castors as well as electric drive systems at Logimat 2024. Highlights include the Ergo-Move series.
The electric drive systems from the Ergo-Move brand make in-house material handling easier, as they support operators when moving off, steering and braking in a wide range of applications. This reduces the effort required and ensures better working conditions. The electric drives also score highly in terms of occupational safety. With Ergo-Move, Blickle offers a modular system that equips means of transport, machines and systems with electrically operated drive, steering and braking support via plug and play. The supplier has expanded its portfolio consisting of operating and drive systems and accessories.
The right drive for every application
The Ergo-Move product portfolio includes suitable models for many applications and load ranges. The Ergo-Move 500 series is compact and can be integrated into the smallest of spaces for loads of up to 500 kilograms. The adjustable power levels ensure optimum travel characteristics regardless of the weight of the trolley. The Ergo-Move 1000 series is designed for loads of up to 1,000 kilograms; with various operating and drive concepts, it offers users convenience and intuitiveness. This series also aims to set standards in safety technology. The Ergo-Move 2000 series is suitable for industrial applications and special machine construction with loads of up to 2,000 kilograms, also in a version for towing operation up to 16 kilometers per hour. Ergo-Move 4000 for heavy weights and systems up to four tons and optionally with remote control rounds off the range.
It doesn't roll without wheels
Wheels and castors are still often at the heart of intralogistics. Reliability and efficiency are therefore important here, as are ergonomics and accident prevention. Safety is also ensured by electrically conductive wheels and castors that protect people and transported goods from electrostatic discharge; these wheels conduct the electricity safely and directly to the ground.
