Renaming and optimizations
Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe announces further integrations
Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe (MLE), part of the global Mitsubishi Logisnext Group, announces the integration of its European companies into the Group. According to the company, the aim is to further optimize its range of material flow and logistics solutions.
The implementation of the business strategy is strengthened by the establishment of an operational management team that coordinates all channels and brands with the headquarters in Almere, the Netherlands, and the Sales & Services division. The further development of MLE's product range is ensured by several measures at Group level: These include optimizing the product portfolio, costs and production efficiency. MLE aims to achieve this through increased cooperation and synergies between the three production sites in Europe. As of April 1, these locations will bear the name Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.
The existing multi-channel and multi-brand strategy will be continued. MLE continues to rely on the names Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Cat® Lift Trucks, UniCarriers, Rocla and TCM. The aim is to maximize market coverage and strengthen customer relationships throughout the entire forklift truck life cycle. In the medium term, the regional subsidiaries of MLE will bear the company name Logisnext. The current European management structures of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe and UniCarriers Europe will be integrated into the structure of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.
Hiroyuki Shimma, President of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe B.V., explains: "By establishing an integrated management and delivery structure of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe, we are strengthening the value creation for our customers and promoting the global position of Mitsubishi Logisnext."
