Flexible for high throughputs
The Beumer Group promises more flexibility on a small footprint with its BG Sorter Compact CB. This development is designed to optimize performance and product life cycle costs. Software and data analysis ensure this.
The sorter is easy to integrate, works with low energy consumption and is precise. Among other things, courier, express and parcel services can use this innovation to respond to increasing shipping volumes and higher throughputs. The system is suitable for different items - both for small, lightweight consignments and for parcels weighing up to twelve kilograms. materialfluss spoke to Thomas Wiesmann, Director Sales Logistic Systems at the Beumer Group.
Wiesmann: Of course we are all disappointed that we were not able to report on the new and further developments of our products, systems and business areas in person at LogiMAT. But we also present all our innovations on our website. Trade fairs are important for us to get in direct contact with our customers. Only by talking to them can we understand their requirements and develop and present suitable solutions. One of the ways we achieve this direct contact is through on-site visits. We see ourselves as partners, and this is also reflected in our customer communication. We want to be close to our customers.
