Dematic hosts virtual event on customer service and analytics software

Dematic is inviting customers to an online event on March 10 on the topics of customer service and software. The specialist for intelligent automation will focus on the benefits of analytics solutions.

Among other things, a wide range of innovative service functions will be presented, such as advanced predictive maintenance to keep installations, software and systems running at optimum performance. At the virtual event, experts from Dematic Customer Service and the Global Software Analytics team will also be presenting Dematic InSights, the cloud-based platform for optimizing warehouse operations and condition monitoring.

As a result, customers benefit from optimized control of their warehouse operating systems, enabling them to better manage growth, cope with seasonal peaks and integrate new technologies.

Andy Bruinsma, Director Digital Solutions at Dematic, and one of the speakers at the event added: "With our analytics tool, customers have improved access to data and a more detailed insight into their systems, allowing them to take action to improve their operations. In this way, Dematic InSights enables customers to proactively respond to potential issues before they become disruptive." During the live broadcast, other Dematic experts will present the latest dashboard modules of the Dematic InSights cloud-based analytics platform. These range from drill-down views for tracking system and subsystem availability to comprehensive visualizations of operator performance, throughput rates and equipment failure analysis. In addition, the presentation will also include specific case studies from customers who have comprehensively optimized their operating or maintenance processes with Dematic InSights.

The live sessions will start on March 10 at 11 am. They will be held in English and translated into French, Italian and Spanish. Participants will also receive live support from Dematic experts during the presentations and will be able to ask specific questions in Q&A sessions.
