Personnel: Christian Schneider joins the Beumer Group
New Director People and Culture at Beumer
Christian Schneider is the new Director P&C at the Beumer Group. The department's tasks include employer branding, recruiting, university marketing, presentation at trade fairs and student support.
A particular focus is on the development and training of employees, especially managers. The employees in the P&C department are direct contacts for managers, employees and the works council. "The name 'People and Culture' expresses the value principle according to which we act. It fits in with the Group and our management culture as a family business," says Christian Schneider. "And it supports the Beumer employer brand, because corporate culture attracts talent."
Schneider brings a wealth of experience in human resources to his new position. He took his first steps in human resources at a leading magazine publisher with around 6,600 employees. Before joining the Beumer Group, Schneider worked for around three years as Managing Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at a major fashion retailer.
