afd Direktwerbung opts for Ferag
One of the first intelligent One2Out collating process systems from Swiss company Ferag has gone to afd Direktwerbung GmbH in Viernheim. The newly developed technology offers maximum flexibility when processing and inserting inserts and advertising brochures. Such a system can process a maximum of 40,000 sets per hour.
The scope of delivery for afd Direktwerbung comprises a One2Out system with two times 16 insert feeders plus two folding and JacketFix modules. The collating process line consists of a total of 34 feeders. The highlight of the system is the loop, which merges both lines if required and enables highly flexible insert picking.
