In order to live Logistics 4.0, all logistics components involved need to be networked. The 300 visitors expected at the TEAMLogistikforum will be able to find out how this can be achieved, what opportunities are available today and where the journey will take us in the future. After Industry 4.0 with the digitalization of production through to the implementation of batch size 1 has recently taken up a lot of space, the implementation of Logistics 4.0 is now following. This year's TEAMLogistics Forum is focusing on "Logistics 4.0". The event will be moderated for the third time by Martin Schrüfer, Managing Editor-in-Chief of the trade magazines LT-manager and Materialfluss. Both magazines are media partners of the event.

In addition, visitors can find out about special topics in the areas of 'Automation | Robotics', 'IT | Technology' or 'Innovations | Trends' in the afternoon workshops taking place in parallel. Topics such as pick-by-robot, automation with AutoStore, transport optimization in the forklift control system, warehouse management system as a central element in the Logistics 4.0 concept, multimodular wearables and picking with data glasses will be the focus in 2016.

The associated trade exhibition with over 25 stands is another highlight. Here, visitors can not only make valuable contacts with logistics experts, system providers and consultants, but also experience Logistics 4.0 at first hand. For example, Picavi will be giving visitors the opportunity to try out the 'Google data glasses' for themselves.
