Access technology specialist publishes new product catalog
Ladder series celebrates comeback
New look, new products and a few classics: The Hymer main catalog 2021 will be published in spring and presents the current complete range for industry and trade on around 200 pages.
New features include the Hymer modular system for individual access technology solutions. Some of the rolling towers listed in the catalog are already based on EN 1004, which has been in force since February, and customers can look forward to a new edition of an industrial ladder series in the new Hymer main catalog. The difference to the other product lines is that these ladder types have a stable D-stile concept and are riveted. The ladders are now available as single or double-sided stepladders or as single ladders. The eight fully riveted steps with a depth of 80 mm flush with the stile also ensure a stable step and ergonomic working.
Customers and interested parties will also receive a comprehensive overview of rolling towers that are already based on the safe assembly principle that was adopted with the new version of EN 1004 in February 2021. "The 8472, 8771, 8171 and 8371 rolling towers from our professional range are based on the new Hymer Comfort superstructure standards developed by us," Markus Nowak continues. "These solid rolling towers, specially manufactured for intensive continuous use, enable safe working at height and are equipped either with a mobile crossbeam or with the patented bayonet stabilizers developed by us, so that they can be assembled safely and conveniently from the ground."
With the help of the Hymer lifter - a special grab bar - the upper struts can be attached or detached from the ground or the platform below in no time at all, ensuring continuous side protection at every stage of assembly and dismantling. "Our rolling towers enable maximum mobility in every phase of use and already meet all the requirements of the new EN 1004."
