Bott Group bundles competencies
The Bott Group is continuing its growth trajectory, strengthening its brand structure and expanding its management team. 2026 will be marked by internationalization, organizational bundling and personnel reinforcement.
The Bott Group already initiated structural changes in 2025 and increased its international turnover by six percent to around 263 million euros. The aim is now to bundle expertise in the areas of vehicle, plant and workplace equipment more closely and to act as an integrated full-service provider.
A "department store" for work-related matters
"Put simply, we see ourselves as a department store for all aspects of efficient working," says Jan Willem Jongert, Managing Director and CEO of the Bott Group. "We have expert advice, the right tools and first-class, matching products in our portfolio for this comprehensive need. We want to underline this."
As part of this strategy, the subsidiary Elabo was fully integrated into the Bott brand and has been trading as Bott Systems since 2025. The British subsidiary Van Guard Accessories is also set to follow in 2026. At the same time, the Group is working on greater integration of internal processes and transparent communication. "We don't want to pretend to be something on the outside that we are not on the inside," emphasizes Jongert. "Transparent employee communication should therefore reinforce our self-image as a complete provider."
Under the new brand claim "mastering space and time.", the Bott Group aims to further sharpen its efficiency and premium standards. New sales and service locations in Berlin, Copenhagen, Exeter and Lyon are planned for 2026, as are capacity expansions at existing locations and further growth in the USA.
"With all these ambitions, we are aware that our loyal workforce is crucial to our success," says Jongert. "Our plans should therefore both benefit our employees and create additional jobs in the regions where our sites are located."
Daniel Köster is the new Managing Director and CFO
In addition, Daniel Köster joined the Bott Group's top management team as Managing Director and CFO on January 1, 2026. The 46-year-old business graduate brings international experience from the automotive supplier, electrical and textile industries.
"My goal is to proactively contribute to the further profitable growth of the Bott Group. It is essential for me to listen, understand existing processes and optimize them on an equal footing with my new colleagues," says Köster. "I see myself as a co-pilot - a sparring partner who creates a sound basis for decision-making through financial transparency."
