Sales growth at NeoLog
Landshut-based company Neolog can look back on its last financial year, which ran from April 2018 to March 2019, with sales growth of 25 percent compared to 2017 and more than 1,000 orders. In total, more than 250 tons of material were handled and 2879 individual solutions were manufactured.
Satisfied employees in production and logistics, efficient work processes and increased added value are customer benefits that NeoLog's field service regularly collects when it visits companies that already maintain service oases: "More and more B2B decision-makers in production, logistics and work organization are recognizing the concrete added value that results from a consistent service policy," summarizes Enrico Ulbricht. The lean management expert should know, as he has been serving customers from small to large for over six years.
Together with Christoph Veitlbauer, co-founder of NeoLog, Ulbricht supports logistics managers, production experts and purchasers: "It's all a question of empathy!" - It makes perfect sense when Veitlbauer sums it up like this. Of course, the technical aspects also include factors such as reliability, listening and cooperation; first on the computer, then physically: "Every customer project is based on the premise of implementing the best possible solution in practice," says Christian Schulz, the second founding managing director alongside Veitlbauer.
Physical means products, digital and analog: precisely fitting pipe clamping systems, for example - supplemented by Aluform in 2018 so that users can choose between steel (Logiform) and aluminum. Also new: the 360Mover - an electrically sustainable transport system that significantly simplifies in-house logistics, regardless of whether fast fine distribution, packaging or collective transport are on the agenda.
Schulz puts it in a nutshell: "Power portfolio for Serviceoase" is his credo. The Managing Director promises that this will not change in 2019. This was also the measure at LogiMAT, Germany's leading trade fair for intralogistics, where NeoLog presented Serviceoase to a broad specialist audience for the first time: "Many people gave us encouragement for emphasizing the service concept," Schulz sums up.
