Marvin Meyke,

Trapo-Loading System for the ramp

According to the manufacturer, the patented Trapo-Loading-System (TLS) is unique in its function and design: a TLS can optionally serve several loading bays if it travels on rails at right angles to the loading direction.

One-shot comparison products are permanently installed over a length of around 20 meters. The compact, flexible TLS is only around 4.30 meters long, just 1.30 meters high and can hold up to 3.6 tons of payload per row. Trucks and containers are loaded in four sequences: First, up to three pallets are placed next to each other in a row on the stationary part of the system and aligned. This is followed by picking up and loading the row. Parallel to the loading process, the next row of pallets is formed and made available. Unloading takes place in reverse order. This continuous process saves time and distance.
