Toyota Material Handling: Efficiency for logistics processes
Toyota Material Handling provides an insight into the logistics processes of the Toyota Production System (TPS). Visitors will learn how this approach generates efficiency in logistics processes. With the TPS, the company demonstrates its capabilities in terms of planning and process management. At the trade fair, Toyota will show how these approaches and solutions enable efficient logistics (lean logistics). Visitors will learn about the principles on which TPS is based and how the company uses the technologies to further increase efficiency. The program also includes presentations on automation, networking and security.
