Networked control of the overall system
In addition to reducing theCO2 footprint, the networking of the entire process is playing an increasingly important role in modern intralogistics systems. The MSK Covertech Group will be showcasing tailor-made solutions for process automation in the areas of pallet logistics, load securing and labeling through to automated truck loading/unloading.
This enables extensive automation of pallet handling right from the incoming goods stage. Automated truck unloading and fully automatic unpacking of the pallet load ensures high throughput with optimum work safety and savings in personnel. MSK offers a complete package for unpacking pallets including film and strapping as well as subsequent depalletizing from a single source. All processes of the intralogistics system are visualized in a comprehensible way with the MSK EMSY software and networked in line with Industry 4.0. The data connection and communication with an ERP or MES system as well as digital interfaces ensure data security and an optimum level of automation.
