Craemer: TC Palgrip plastic pallet

The TC Palgrip plastic pallet has a completely closed, fully anti-slip coated upper deck. The Palgrip grain structure ensures a secure grip, even in damp conditions or on an incline. Like the pallet itself, the anti-slip coating is made of high-quality polyethylene and is firmly bonded to the pallet in a one-step production process. According to Craemer, it is the only manufacturer in the world to offer such a solution for all-round safe logistics processes. The anti-slip upper deck and the smooth lower deck of the TC Palgrip are characterized by good cleaning properties.

Hörmann Logistik: HiLIS AS and robobrain Neuros

Robominds and Hörmann Logistik have worked together to fully automate their small parts warehouse intelligently. The AutoStore warehouse solution is combined with the HiLIS AS WMS suite and the intelligent robobrain. The industrial PC from Robominds, together with suitable hardware components, creates a system that enables customized pick-by-robot picking, where previously manual handling of boxes prevailed. The system is already pre-trained and enables picking from the outset without the need for prior training - and continues to optimize itself even after integration.

Still: OPX iGo neo with Easy Protect

The OPX iGo neo autonomous order picker with intelligent assistance systems such as Easy Protect is designed to guarantee efficiency and safety. The Still OPX iGo neo follows its operator every step of the way and adapts its route, speed and stopping positions to the task at hand and its surroundings during autonomous operation. It also brakes automatically at cross aisles and reacts to obstacles and people depending on the situation. According to the company, the OPX iGo neo is the first order picker to be equipped with a fully-fledged personal protection system (PPE) with safety laser scanners.

Category 2: Conveying and lifting technology

Beumer Group: Pocket sorter BG Pouch System

The BG Pouch System is an innovative and scalable pouch sorting system. An operational throughput of 10,000 pouches per hour and sorting matrix is possible (parallel connection of several matrices increases performance accordingly). According to the manufacturer, this represents an increase in performance of typically 25-30 percent compared to the market standard. A load capacity of up to seven kilograms for the standard carrier extends the range of applications for the user and allows the consolidation or even elimination of storage and picking processes. The market standard here is three to five kilograms. Non-contact magnetic accumulation conveyors eliminate the usual entrainment of the carriers by friction and thus minimize wear and dust formation. The space-saving design allows space savings of up to 30 percent to be achieved.

Konecranes: CheckApp for crane inspection

The new CheckApp from Konecranes starts with crane inspections, which are carried out before the start of each operation to ensure the safety of people and machines. The app has been developed for simple, clear, daily crane inspections and enables users to quickly record the results of the inspection before starting crane operation, such as the start-up check. The CheckApp is intuitive to use and, according to Konecranes, is the only digital solution on the market for recording daily inspection data.

Rocket Solution: Shuttle system RSX1

The RSX1 is a space-efficient, flexibly scalable bin storage system for creating high-performance storage areas in a small space. The RSX1 small parts storage system for goods weighing up to 50 kg is based on a new shuttle technology. The main system components are the capacity-optimized rack (RS-Rack), robust shuttle vehicles (RS-Shuttles), flexible lifts (RS-Lifts) and the software package (RS-Software). Thanks to the standard four-deep storage, significantly less space is required while maintaining the same performance.

Category 3 - Forklifts and forklift components

Combilift: Combi-XLE model

Combilift has officially launched its latest product, the Combi XLE model, as a further addition to its range of electric models. In line with the growing demand for electrically powered equipment, this multidirectional truck with a load capacity of up to five tons is designed to combine zero-emission operation with powerful performance for a wide range of industries and applications. The original XL C-Series model with internal combustion engine was developed to meet the demands of challenging working environments such as the timber, concrete and steel industries. The new Combi-XLE has the same key design features as its predecessor.

Fronius International: Charge & Connect networking solution

With Charge & Connect, Fronius offers a new solution for networking charging technology. Users benefit from greater transparency and control over the entire charging infrastructure and can increase the performance and availability of their industrial truck fleet. At the touch of a button, the cloud-based software solution transparently displays the charging status of the connected batteries, the energy consumption and the status of the chargers. This gives fleet managers a central overview across multiple locations and allows them to identify where charging processes can be improved.

Linde Material Handling: Linde X20 - X35 electric forklift trucks

The electric forklift trucks in the X20 - X35 series from Linde Material
Handling in the load capacity range from 2.0 to 3.5 tons achieve the performance and robustness of IC engine-powered trucks for the first time, even under extreme conditions, according to the company. This is made possible on the one hand by new-generation motors based on synchronous reluctance technology and equipped with neodymium magnets (SRM+). This improves the efficiency of the traction and lifting motors by up to five percent.
