Krone is clever and connected at the IAA
Hanover, 22.08.2018 - Krone is exhibiting at the IAA Commercial Vehicles (Hall 27, Stand E33 and outdoor area) under the motto "Clever Connections". The family-owned company from Emsland will be presenting various vehicle innovations as well as its 360° service for commercial vehicles. Services such as flexible full service offers, fast spare parts logistics and intelligent telematics solutions form a special focus of the trade fair presentation.
"We are using artificial intelligence to prepare the trailer for the future and connect our products with suitable services for greater mobility and more efficient logistics," explains Managing Partner Bernard Krone.
Transport conditions can be improved with the Smart Trailer Check before the start of the journey. The Krone telematics portal combines various functions for transport optimization. For example, freight forwarders can get an overview of free capacity in the trailer using the Smart Scan loading space detection function. In addition, the use of free space can be improved by networking with freight exchanges in Smart Capacity Management. mm
