The service provider thus receives all the important information about the order. At the same time, he can enter which tractor unit, which trailer and which driver are scheduled for the transport. He also sets a status and provides relevant feedback on the order. In this way, the intertrans user placing the order receives the current status of the order at all times and can in turn communicate this to his customer. All documents - including delivery receipts and the credit note to the contractor - are made available via eTrucker.

The new eWarehouse web platform allows warehouse stocks and movements to be digitally mapped and viewed by the warehouse customers of intertrans users. Storage and retrieval orders can also be initiated via eWarehouse. The warehouse customer has secure access to the web application and can see exactly which goods are in stock and how often they have been handled. Based on this real-time information, he can, for example, increase the stock and order new storage space.

eWarehouse is linked to the warehouse + logistics module. It gives the intertrans user an overview, for example, of the stored items and stocks as well as the warehouse's capacity utilization and supports digital stocktaking. The user company then makes selected information available to its warehouse customers via eWarehouse. With the new eTrucker and eWarehouse solutions, Doll + Leiber is supplementing existing applications such as intertrans driver-app and intertrans eBooking for mobile order handling.
