Founded in 1905, the Tiemann Group has more than 550 employees in the Elbe-Weser triangle and Saxony-Anhalt at a total of 16 locations and specializes in commercial vehicles and agricultural technology. A network of ten service centers handles the maintenance and repair of MAN trucks and buses of the MAN and Neoplan brands.

The history of Tiemann began 114 years ago on Hohentorstraße in Bremen. At the time, company founder Werner Tiemann imported and traded in raw tobacco. From the 1920s onwards, the company focused on agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles. The Bremen-based company has been the exclusive commercial agent for MAN Truck & Bus Germany for more than 85 years.

The highlight of this long-standing partnership was the recent delivery of the 30,000th MAN TGX 18.510 truck to Bremen-based CTS Spedition GmbH / EKB Containerlogistik GmbH & Co KG. Holger Mandel, CEO of MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland, commented on the festive occasion: "We are very proud of this impressive number of MAN vehicles delivered and the long-standing and extremely successful partnership with the Tiemann Group. It has contributed significantly to our growth in the German commercial vehicle market."
