Transnatur expands storage capacities
New warehouse with flexible shelving system
The Spanish intralogistics specialist AR Racking has built a new warehouse in Zaragoza for the Transnatur Group. The pallet racking system used makes it possible to adapt the warehouse to the needs of different customers.
Transnatur relies on AR PAL from AR Racking for its pallet racking system. The system is customizable in terms of height, width and load capacity. This enables Transnatur to meet the diverse requirements of its customers. The system can be used in any warehouse that is served by industrial trucks. Transnatur uses narrow-aisle forklift trucks with swivel push forks for the picking process.
With an area of 2,850 square meters and a usable height of 14.5 meters, the new warehouse offers space for 7,000 Euro pallets. There are also 396 picking levels in two sizes. Narrow traffic areas between the rows of racks ensure maximum use of the space.
