Artus pallet racking for general cargo and heavy loads
Under the name Artus, shelving specialist Regalwerk presents a newly developed shelving system for pallets, mesh boxes and heavy loads. The support frame is made of steel strip in an omega profile, while the support beams are designed either in a box profile reinforced by corrugations or two nested C-profiles. All surfaces are powder-coated, with the support frame painted in silver-grey and the support beams in pure orange. The shelving components are manufactured in the EU and can be combined.
For convenient and fast ordering, Regalwerk offers pre-configured shelving sets with different bay loads and bay widths that meet the typical requirements. And, as with all products from Regalwerk, this is 100% dealer-approved.
Complete shelving systems and individual components are available for numerous variants and applications. For example, ARTUS can also be used as vertical and cable drum shelving. Matching accessories such as mesh back panels, shelves, depth bars and much more round off the range.
Shelving heights of 2.5 to 7.5 meters can be achieved with the components available immediately from stock. However, heights of up to 20 meters are also possible within the scope of projects. The shelves are available with a depth of 800 and 1,100 millimeters. Their height can be adjusted in 50-millimeter increments and there is a choice of bay widths of 1,900, 2,300, 2,700, 3,300, 3,600 and 3,900 millimeters.
Artus offers standard shelf loads of up to 4,800 kilograms and bay loads of up to 18 tons. Up to 28 tons are possible within the scope of projects. The system meets all the requirements of DIN 18800 and FEM 10.2.02 as well as the applicable guidelines of DGUV Rule 108-007.
