Smart material flows in production logistics
The requirements of production facilities for the logistics and storage associated with them are complex. SSI Schaefer takes on these challenges - differentiated for the automotive, chemical industry, pulp & paper and mechanical engineering sectors.
At HMI 2019, the company will be presenting manual, semi-automated and fully automated solutions for production logistics. A showcase will demonstrate how manual warehouse components can be combined with AGVs to create a semi-automated warehouse solution. The Logimat warehouse lift can be operated as an autonomous system or integrated directly into SAP. It can also be connected to other higher-level ERP systems with the Wamas Logimat software. Also in focus: a shuttle solution with high flexibility, the SSI Flexi single-level shuttle.
