A-SIS and Intelis united under one brand
Savoye: Strategic realignment
Following the entry of Noblelift as a shareholder, Savoye unites its brands, A-SIS and Intelis, and its solutions under a single brand: "Savoye".
Since October 1, 2019, A-SIS and Savoye have been operating under the joint brand name Savoye. The Savoye brand Prodex, which specializes in dynamic storage, will remain a subsidiary.
Goal: simpler brand understanding
In order to drive forward its expansion goals, Savoye is focusing on a strategic and organizational realignment. With this in mind, it has decided to unite all activities related to supply chain software and the design and integration of automated and robotic solutions for intralogistics under the Savoye brand. In this way, the company aims to provide its customers with a clear and simple understanding of its solutions, business areas and organization.
Two main areas of expertise
The Savoye Group is combining its two main areas of expertise under two new divisional names:
Advanced software for all supply chain software solutions (OMS, WMS, WCS, TMS, EDI), including the tried-and-tested software enterprise solutions: LM XT, Logys, Magistrator, LM TMS, LM OMS.
Advanced Technologies for planners, manufacturers and integrators of intralogistics systems with a range of fully automated goods-to-person solutions for heavy (Magmatic) and light loads (X-PTS), picking systems, mechanization of shipping packages (Jivaro, E-Jivaro, PAC 600 machines) and conveyors (Intelis).
Aiming for comprehensive project management
"The aim of this new corporate era is to facilitate the implementation of our projects through comprehensive project management, via a single brand with a global focus. Our customers are increasingly concerned with global supply chain issues. We therefore need to provide them with cross-flow management and equip them with software that spans from ERP to delivery and simplifies the integration of systems and devices. Our solutions have always been fluid and we now want to make our organization fluid through this convergence of cultures and solutions, at the service of all our customers, from SMEs to large customers. In this way, we can also organize ourselves internationally in order to best address all our markets," explains Rémy Jeannin, CEO of Savoye.
Each of the three units is responsible for commercial activities, project management and service operations in their respective geographical areas and is supported in the company's central functions by France.
