Dematic iQ InSights is based on the principles of IoT and Industry 4.0. The onsite or cloud-based Asset Performance Management (APM) platform collects all operating, maintenance and device data. It combines, checks and processes this data to provide actionable information through real-time alerts, analysis and visualization.
Various product offerings are available within iQ Insights. For example, iQ Alert issues alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded, while iQ Decide provides information for maintenance, expansion and modernization decisions by visualizing process and performance limits in color. iQ Maintain streamlines and automates maintenance processes.
