CIM's WMS from the cloud
CIM has been offering the Prolag World warehouse management system (WMS) as a cloud version for several years.
The challenges that customers face with warehouse management from the cloud and the added value that the cloud solution offers will now be shown. Customers use the software to control their intralogistics as a web application - conveniently via the browser of a PC or as an app via smart glasses, smartphones, pick-by-voice devices or mobile devices. No installation of the WMS software is required on the client itself. CIM's own data centers in Germany offer the highest security standards and work in compliance with data protection regulations. The transfer of data from the warehouse to the cloud WMS in the CIM data center is encrypted via https; further encryption is possible. The system from the cloud ensures faster deployment times and reduced costs. Scalability, future-proofing and mobility are further aspects.
