In order to ensure the smooth running of logistics processes and good customer service, even with dynamic company growth, improvements were necessary in the logistics center near Warsaw. "The use of PSIwms together with the automatic warehouse control system is another important milestone for us, following the successful commissioning of the new ERP system and the logistics center. The PSI system supports us in meeting the growing demands of our customers in terms of reducing order lead times and optimizing our flagship service, which we have been developing for years," emphasizes Janusz Onyszczuk, Director of Organization and Management Systems and member of the Asmet Management Board. The company supplies fasteners for machinery and equipment in the construction, energy, petrochemical, agricultural and automotive industries. As a manufacturer of both customer-specific solutions and a distributor, Asmet has around 40,000 standard products in stock and a further 50,000 for orders. "In this strategic and complex investment, successful customer references in similar projects and a strong and competent local team were the key factors in the decision in favor of PSI Polska," says Onyszczuk.
