Industry 4.0-capable key solutions are on the rise
Packaging, filling or palletizing food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products - safety technology is required at every step of the packaging process to protect people, machines and processes from hazards and malfunctions.
Euchner combines safety technology with the communication requirements for the automation of networked machines and systems, including the safe key system CKS2, the compact CTM guard locking with hygienic version for small doors and flaps and the new CTS safety switch with high locking force (more about this on page 44). The CTM, for example, was specially developed for use on small and lightweight doors in primary packaging and the food industry and is one of the smallest guard locking devices on the market. Doors with small swing radii can also be secured.
