New COO
Changes to the Management Board at Lenze
Jochen Heier, member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer at Lenze since January 1, 2018, has resigned from the Executive Board by mutual agreement with effect from April 30, 2020. He will take on tasks outside the company in the future. Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Lenze SE since April 2013, will take over the role of COO on a transitional basis with immediate effect.

Over the past two years as Chief Operating Officer, he has made an important contribution to the realignment of his department. We wish him all the best for the future."

The Management Board also consists of Frank Maier as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Dr. Achim Degner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
