40 young professionals start at Lenze

This year, 40 young people are starting their careers at Lenze. 23 of them started at the company headquarters in Groß Berkel on August 3.

As an employer, Lenze says it wants to impress with special learning concepts, individual support and traditional values such as trust, cooperation and responsibility. Digitalization and automation also play an important role at Lenze. Key future topics such as predictive maintenance, digital twins and big data management are already being addressed today. This content is also reflected in the training content and ensures that the new trainees and students have a promising start to their careers. The training professions and study subjects covered by Lenze are diverse and range from electronics, IT and logistics to mechatronics.
