Premiere for Vahle's conductor rail VCL
Vahle presents the newly developed compact grinding line VCL (Vahle Compact Line).
This solution was designed to provide a reliable signal and power supply for shuttle systems, automated small parts warehouses (ASRS) and storage and retrieval machines (SRM), as well as for compact shuttle and transfer trolley applications in the small and medium capacity range. The manufacturer emphasizes the features of modularity, scalability and simple installation. Depending on the application, the VCL can be individually configured and is a multifunctional solution for continuous energy supply. It is available with two to six poles and meets power requirements between 40 amps (galvanized steel conductor) and 100 amps (copper conductor) as well as voltages from 12 to 500 volts. In addition, the product is compatible with the Vahle Multi Carrier (VMT) and extends this with a compact solution for storage technology applications with large suspension distances of up to 3.5 meters. It can also be installed within a shuttle rail.
