"Truckloads of inspiration"
Interroll starts roadshow through Europe
Interroll is starting the engine for its Europe-wide "Truckloads of Inspiration" roadshow. The road train with integrated exhibition area will be on the road from now until October 2021. The roadshow team will visit around 40 stops in Europe, starting in Barcelona on May 3.
After a year characterized by trade fair cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Interroll is now coming to its customers in Europe to meet them in person again - at their locations and in a safe environment. "We are looking forward to seeing our partners and customers again and sharing innovations and the very positive future prospects of our industry. As a trusted partner, we want to continue the dialog on how we can jointly drive the development of intralogistics and make the voice of SMEs heard worldwide," says Jens Karolyi, Senior Vice President Corporate Marketing & People Development at Interroll. "Personal contact at eye level in an environment that is as exciting as it is safe is the best framework for exploring and discussing common paths."
The tour will make stops in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. In addition to customer events supported by the local Interroll sales units, the program also includes public stops and a series of university visits where Interroll will present itself as an employer to young talents.
The Interroll show truck includes an exhibition trailer with a floor space of 80 square meters. "Our mobile exhibition offers an exciting multimedia show, interactive elements and an elaborately designed product exhibition," explains Elena Palmigiani, Manager Brand Experience. A wide range of inspiring content is available to appeal specifically to customers with different interests. An inflatable tent, which covers an area of 120 square meters, offers additional opportunities for discussions in a cafeteria environment.
Hygiene conditions and the environment were taken into account during the roadshow. These include QR codes for check-in and check-out, partitions for social distancing and rapid tests for Covid-19. The road train is pulled by a Mercedes-Benz Actros 5 tractor unit with a hybrid engine.
