Intelligently networked technologies from SEW-Eurodrive
Booming online trade and greater ecological responsibility require new solutions for the logistics industry. With the MOVI-C modular automation system, SEW-Eurodrive provides answers to the industry's questions.
Increased throughput,CO2 reduction, flexibility, digitalization and high system availability are important aspects. The consistent modularization of drive and automation technology plays a decisive role. With MOVI-C, the user can react flexibly to all adaptations in a wide range of logistics applications - such as storage and retrieval machines, shuttles or conveyor and lifting modules in transport technology. When operating a system, efficient processes are important, for example through shorter start-up times, optimized maintenance and minimized sources of error. The networking of all drive components, from the geared motor with inverter and control technology through to the IoT level, is becoming increasingly important. The single-cable technology with digital data interface Movilink-DDI between the SEW drive unit and MOVI-C inverter forms the backbone and enables maximum transparency in real time.
